How to Order Online

3 easy steps

Our online ordering system has been designed to make your shopping experience pleasant, fast, easy and secure. We welcome Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards.

1. Select the item(s) you would like to order and click on the 'Add to Basket' button. Note that the price listed is per item. Follow the on-screen instructions.

2. To review, modify quantities, or delete items, click on the 'Basket Contents' button and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. To place your order, click on the 'Checkout' button and follow the on-screen instructions.


If you need to change or cancel your order after you submit it, please email us as soon as possible at: gunnersarm@starband.net and we will make the appropriate changes to your order if it has not already been shipped. Credit cards are billed when the items are shipped.


Shipping & Handling


Items are sent via United Parcel Service, Ground. and must have a street address for delivery. (Some items may be sent via USPS. The decision is made by us at the time of shipment.)

Most orders will be processed within three business days from Monday to Friday. Please add from three to eight business days for typical UPS or USPS delivery depending upon the zone to which the package will be shipped. For an additional charge, we will send your order via 3 Day or Next Day delivery service.

At this time, Capinero Industries LLC does not ship to foreign addresses. If you receive anything damaged or broken, please e-mail us immediately at gunnersarm@starband.net, or call 1-800-322-6882.


Guarantee


Every apinero Industries LLC product is fully guaranteed. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund following our return policy.


Return Policy


We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, simply email us at gunnersarm@starband.net or call us for a Return Authorization Number. We will happily exchange or refund your purchase price excluding shipping and handling.

Please, properly package the items for return or exchange, preferably using its original packaging.

Remember, we only accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and no returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

You can shop at Capinero Industries LLC with the full confidence that your personal and purchasing information will remain private. We will NEVER sell any information collected from you to internet or direct mail services.
